1981 Hulas Steel Industries Pvt. Ltd. In-corporated

1983 Commissioned the first sheet by sheet Galvanishing line in the country using Japanese technology and equipment.

1986 Subsidiary Himali Pipeco (P) Ltd. Incorporated. Commissioned the first tube mill & Tube Galvanishing Facility using Japanese technology and equipment in the country (1/2" to 4" Dia Pipes)

1989 Commissioned the first colour coat line for producing pre-painted galvanizing sheets using Japanese technology and equipment in the country.

1990 Set up the largest sheet fabrication facility along with sand blasting airless painting.

1993 Computer aided designing and drafting introduced. Commissioned facility for galvanising of sheet structures and poles.

1994 Set up additional facilities of slitting and shearing for handling sheet coils weighing up to 30 MT. Merged Himili Pipeco Pvt. Ltd. In Hulas Sheet Industries Pvt. Ltd.

1995 Set up first malleable iron pipe-fittings manufacturing unit in the country

1996 Commissioned the new generation Continuous Galvanising Line (CGI) Quantum leap forward in Sheet Galvanising capacity and technology. Set up pole manufacturing facility to make 7.5 meter single piece telescopic poles. Set up new structure & poles galvanisi

1997 SAW technology introduced in Plate Girder Bridge fabrication.

1999 Commissioned a new tube mill for manufacturing of 4"-8" Diameter Pipes. Technology up-gradation & capacity expansion of CGI.

2000 Set up a first-of-its-kind colour coating line. Set up new Tube Mill for producing small pipes. Obtained ISO9001:2000 certificate for Quality Management System for Structures & Pole Division.

2003 Obtained Bureau of Indian Standard License of G.P/G.C Sheets IS 277 and for black and galvanized steel pipes IS 1239 Part I, IS 1161, IS 3601.

2004 Modified colour coat line to 1250mm wide capacity.

2005 Installation and commissioning of Plate Bending Machine up to 40mm thickness for manufacturing of penstock pipe.

2006 Commissioning of lower dia tube mill facility of (1/2" to 2") Installation and commissioning of Re-Coiling system of G.P. Coils.

2007 Installation and Commission of Cold Rolling Mill facilities and bell type Annealing furnace. Installation and Commissioning of CNC Machine for tower manufacturing.

2008 Installation and Commission of Cut To Length line, Second Bell type annealing furnace and black plate (BP) furnace. Installation and Commissioning of Plate cutting machine up to 25mm thickness.
