1. a) Standard Ridge Covers
Standard Ridge covers are available in thickness 0.13 mm. to 0.8 mm. On special request ridges above 0.8 mm are available. Standard ridges are manufactured as type (A) and type (B) with width 450 mm and length varies from 6 feet to 8 feet.

Standard Flashings are available in thickness 0.26 to 0.8 mm. On special request above 0.8 mm are also available. Standard Flashings are eaves flashing apron flashing, wall flashing, gutter flashing etc. Eaves flashing and wall flashing are 450 mm wide, apron flashing is 419 mm and gutter flashing is 240 mm wide. Some of typical detail of layout of flashing are shown on schematic diagram.

d) Louvres and Ventilation*
Fixed steel blade louvre with or without bird screen mesh are also available in different sizes on customer demand.
e) Foam Filler *
Foam filler are used to seal cavities formed between profiled sheets and flashings.
Materials used are expanded polyurethane.
f) Inseal Tape (Butyl Tape) *
Inseal tapes are used to seal the sheeting and laps, side laps, junction of gutter joints, flashings etc. Material is cross linked butyl sizes from 2.5x9 mm - 190 mm.

h) Thermal Insulation *
Thermal insulation are provided against heat by using resin bonded glass fibre insulation blankets
under the metal roof sheets and walls on the side. The insulations are light weight, strong and
acoustic absorption.

i) Crimped Curve Sheet *
2. Fastners

a) J- Hook 
These are used to fasten the sheeting to the tubular purlins
or runners for roofing as well as cladding. The length and sizes
depends on diameter of tubular section. These hooks are provided
with steel cap washer, pitch washer/bitumen washer as weather seal.

b) L - Hooks
for roofing as well as cladding. The length and sizes depends on
sizes of angle section. These hooks are provided with steel cap
washer, pitch washer / bitumen washer as weather seal.

c) Self - Tapping Screw
Stainless Steel self tapping screws complete with steel and neoprene washer are used to fasten the sheeting to the angle or tubular or light gauge purlins or rails for roofing as well as cladding. The length and sizes depends on thickness of sheet and purlin section. These screws do not required cap washer pitch washer / bitumen washer for erection.
d) Stitching Screws and Rivets 
Stitching screws are the secondary fasteners used for stitching of the sheets side laps and fixing of accessories eg. flashing, ridges, valleys etc. These are generally accompanied by a washer. The seal end aluminium pop rivets or blind rivets are used for stitching sheet overlaps.
